For over 30 years, Rachel Nightingale has been involved in church planting across the UK and Europe, as well as serving on the leadership team of Relational Mission in recent years. She is also a special needs educator supporting those who live with neurodiversity in many different arenas. Currently based in the Netherlands, she is passionate about seeing God’s church grow and flourish, particularly through releasing women into all God has created them to be and in fostering greater inclusion for children and families living with neurodiversity. Married to Maurice, with four adult children and five grandsons, she loves seeing church lived out as family in diverse European contexts.

Redeemer Church Colchester
Originally from Zimbabwe, Hugh was raised in a non-Christian family but always had a belief in God. After coming to Christ he was immediately caught up in a desire to see healthy local churches multiplied. Moving to the UK, he met Claire at The City Church, Canterbury, where he served before he and Claire moved to Colchester in 2015 to plant what is now Redeemer Church Colchester.

Martin leads the Eldership team and has oversight of Preaching and Governance, and manages the Staff Team at City Church Canterbury. He is married to Kathryn Segal and they have two daughters.
Christ Community Church, Attleborough
Paige lives in Attleborough, Norfolk, with her husband Benny and sausage dog Monty. She is currently finishing a Master's in Psychology, hoping to use those skills to introduce more people to Jesus. She loves libraries, meditating on scripture, vast beaches, and anything to do with Italy.
Hope Church Ipswich / Eindhoven, Netherlands
Maurice is on the leadership team at Hope Church Ipswich, and also travels regularly with his wife Rachel to strengthen churches in pioneering situations across Europe, encouraging and helping them to embody RM values of church expression.

Maurice is particularly dedicated to seeing every church family equipped and released to express RM values within their individual cultural context and language. To that end, he seeks to see more and more training and resources translated and delivered in different languages.

Together he and Rachel also head up Called to Go, a year-long incubation programme for those with a desire to pioneer in foreign cultural contexts.
Revelation Church London
Stef lives in London with his family, and is on the eldership team at Revelation Church London. He heads up training within Relational Mission, supporting and encouraging our training initiatives ID, LEAD, UP and Shepherd. Alongside training, Stef looks to lend pioneering momentum to church planting on a UK and global level, regularly traveling to encourage individuals and groups seeking to plant churches with evangelism at the heart.

He has also authored a number of books: Avoiding the Hall of Mirrors, Gender Quality, Just Like Us, When Two Become One and He Was and is and is to Come, and has a podcast called ‘Liston and Speak’.

Tomi and his wife Moyo live in Ipswich with their two young children.

Mike is the Apostolic founder of Relational Mission, a movement of churches which is part of the global Newfrontiers family, which now includes some 70 churches - of which 30 of them are pioneering situations spread across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and South America.

Wellspring Family Church, Dereham
Marie is passionate for the things of God. She worships at Wellspring Family Church, Dereham, and is gifted for teaching, training, and equipping others to live life in the fullness of God and to share his love with others to build his kingdom. Marie enjoys combining her love for adventure and travel with mission.
The Church in Bassett Street, London
Nick is married to Jo and they have two children and two grandchildren. He was formerly a printing and design business owner and served as an elder at New Life, North London since its beginning in an international student centre in the 1970s. He now serves as an elder at The Church in Bassett Street, Kentish Town.
Cornerstone City Church, Medway
Susie is married to Adam and they have three kids and a dog named Barney! Susie oversees the children’s teams at Cornerstone, and leads alongside Adam in many contexts. They are both passionate revivalists, and committed to praying and fasting for a move of God in their home of Medway, the UK and beyond!
Hope Church Ipswich
Since God met him in a powerful way as a young adult, Luke has wanted to others to experience the love of God and message of grace that has profoundly changed him. Wherever he goes, Luke Howard can be found either sharing his faith with the people he meets, or inspiring in others the same desire.
The City Church, Canterbury
Nii Noi is an elder at The City Church Canterbury, and works full time as a sustainable development academic and consultant. He is married to Kafui and they have two daughters.
Community Church, Chafford Hundred
Michelle is a business owner with decades of experience in management and consultancy and a member of RM's Pioneer Business leadership team. She is excited about how business can transform communities - from mentoring start-ups internationally that support the church and create jobs, to gathering business leaders locally in the church to equip, develop and support them.
The City Church, Canterbury
Martin and Kathryn Segal have two daughters and are based at The City Church Canterbury. In recent years, Kathryn has felt called to use social media to 'boast in weakness', using her accounts to highlight the highs and lows of their family life and being an elder's wife, as well as her experiences with ill health and depression.
Kambakia Christian Centre, Kenya
Under the banner of their organisation Edfri International, Edward and Frida have had an internationally-recognised impact on hundreds of Kenyan communities. The ministry is two-fold in nature: their teams share the gospel and plant churches alongside caring for the marginalised and investing in projects that benefit society at large. After 50+ years of ministry they now care for an ever-growing network of churches across Kenya and have seen many thousands gain access to water, education, food aid and more.
Lowestoft Community Church / The Church in Bassett Street, London
Many years ago, Mike and Sue Betts helped to plant Lowestoft Community Church, where they served for many years. In their current season of life, they share their time between Lowestoft and North London, where they join with The Church in Bassett Street in Kentish Town, London. From this London base they are able to be involved in apostolic activities such as strengthening, training and encouraging leaders, connecting more widely with leaders across the UK church, and specifically helping with the ‘London Calling’, an RM London church planting initiative.

Wellspring Family Church, Dereham
Helen operates Green Pastures Christian Bookshop in Dereham (Norfolk), which has hosted pop-up shops at many Relational Mission events and venues. She is a voracious reader, passionate to see great books find their way into the hands of everyday Christians, and posts reviews regularly on social media to help people bewildered by the incredible choice available to them!
Hope Church Ipswich
Tom’s is married to Sarah and they have three children. He is an elder at Hope Church Ipswich and also leads the team for Sent, a movement of students and twenties in Relational Mission that gathers young people each year for a time of worship, teaching and prayer. In recent years, Tom has witnessed how the powerful tides of cultural ideas are sweeping up believers and non-believers alike in their wake, leading them away from the unchanging good news of the gospel. He is convinced that there is no hope apart from Jesus, and has a heart to equip people with the tools they need to -anchor themselves in God's truth.

Cornerstone City Church, Medway
Susie is married to Adam and they have three kids and a dog named Barney! Emmanuel Church Cardiff
Simon and has wife Kate have over 20 years of experience leading churches within the Newfrontiers network. In 2017, Simon and Kate started Emmanuel Church Cardiff with a vision to build a gospel-centred community in the heart of Cardiff. They are convinced of the power of God to change lives and bring freedom in every circumstance, and also make the most of opportunities to serve and encourage churches and planters all over the world.
City Church Cambridge
Mike Frisby has served as an elder at City Church Cambridge and is a trustee of Relational Mission. Over the years, he has contributed to church planting and leadership training and has become known for his expertise in counselling, healing and world missions. Mike has travelled extensively, particularly in the Russian-speaking and Islamic worlds, promoting cross-cultural missions. Still based in Cambridge, he continues to mentor leaders and mobilise people for global missions.
Cornerstone City Church, Medway
Rhonda is passionate about inspiring and equipping individuals wherever she goes in evangelism, whilst also regularly taking to the streets to share the gospel in her community. She is one of a team of amazing people at Cornerstone City Church in Medway, Kent, who are engaged in regular evangelism and inspiring the whole church to become witnesses for Jesus.
River Church Bath
Jon and Nicky Beardon have been church planting for many years now, most recently moving from Norfolk to Bath as part of 'Go West' initiative, a wider vision to see churches planted and strengthened in the west of the UK.
New Life Church, Tunbridge Wells
Tricia and David still rejoice to call New Life Church, the Tunbridge Wells church they founded in the early 90s their home base. In recent years they’ve travelled quite extensively as they seek to support and partner with the global church. They are a family of creatives who love life lived in the Spirit.

Andy lives and works in Southampton where he is a member of Testwood Baptist Church. Among other things he loves eating (especially pizza), mountains (especially climbing them) and football (especially AFC Bournemouth).
Kingsgate Church, Great Yarmouth
Dan is an elder at Kingsgate in Great Yarmouth and married to Hannah. Dan's first wife Ali died when she was 37 while their children were 1 and 3. Ali's father Goff Hope will be supporting - he has been a faithful part of King's Church in Norwich for many years.
