Bringing Pastoral Supervision to Staff and Volunteers

Caring for those that care for others is often secondary to the care churches offer as part of their pastoral input to the church as a whole. Who and how do we support those in leadership, ministry or the many areas of church life (either paid or volunteer roles) so that we create healthy churches?
