Serving Roles
By joining a team you'll have a front-row view of what God is doing in our family of churches. Look at the list below to see which role excites you most.
Site team
We are looking for people willing to go above and beyond to make the Festival a brilliant experience for everyone. Choose from a number of roles from site set-up and pack-down before and after the event, to logistics assistance and on-call site support during the event.
Under-18s Servers
We need big-hearted individuals who are excited about giving our children and youth an incredible experience at More Together - help some meet Jesus for the first time, grow deeper in faith, and make life-time friendship and fun memories along the way! (A DBS check will be required.)
Production Team
Join a specialised team of sound engineers, words operators, lighting technicians, camera operators, general audio/video operators, who cover everything from the big top to seminars to children and youth venues. Previous experience will be needed.
Stewarding and Registration
Be part of our front-of-house team, on hand to offer a warm welcome, a helping hand and a friendly face. You'll play a valuable role in helping festival-goers enjoy a smooth experience from the first day to the last.
Festival Support
The festival fun doesn't stop in the breaks at More Together! We're in search of enthusiastic individuals to help on food stations, run sports events and support other afternoon activities taking place during free time.

Here's what to do next
First, head to the booking site
Select a Team Member ticket on the booking site (both camping and non-camping options available).
Proceed to payment
Your discount will be applied at check-out. Full-time team members receive 100% discounted tickets; part-time team members receive 50% off a standard ticket price.
Look out for an email
As well as your booking confirmation, you will receive a follow-up email from the team with further details and a request for any additional information required for your role.
