General Questions

What will a typical day look like?

build up and strengthen each other spiritually, but to develop and build on life long friendships. So whilst we will be putting on main meetings within the day there will also be a big focus on social time together and we are creating lots of social spaces and activites to allow for this to happen.

Is my ticket refundable?

Please see our term and conditions for details of refunding.

Will day tickets be available?

Yes! A limited number of day tickets will be released in June. We will also again offer an overnight stay as an optional add-on, for those who would like to camp on-site overnight. (Note: When you book this add-on, ensure you have bought a day ticket for both days either side.)

Are there opportunities to serve?

Yes! This event would not be possible without our volunteers and so please do select a team ticket if you are able to serve. What's more, you will then receive a free or discounted ticket depending on whether you serve full- or part-time.

Will there be something for all the family?

Yes absolutely! This is an event for each and every member of the family so all the children will have their own groups to attend, including the youth! We want everyone to be strengthened this week and we hope they will be able to utilise these group times to further explore their own faith.

About the venue

Is the venue wheelchair/pushchair accessible?

It is a showground with lots of grassy fields, but is also well paved. All the conference venues themselves are wheelchair accessible.

Can we leave the site?

Of course. You will be given a wristband at registration which you will need to wear to be allowed back on site.

Can I bring my dog?

Other than Guide and Assistance dogs, no other animals are permitted on site.

What happens if it rains?

Trinity Park has some really excellent sheltered areas and we will be working on making sure that all the activities we have planned can be weather adjusted as we all know the wonders of British summertime!

Can I park on site?

Campers: Once you have unloaded your car it will need to be moved to a nearby field assigned for car parking, that will be easily accessible throughout the weekend.

Should you require closer access to the main stage then there is a small amount of parking right in front of the main building and we will reserve some of these spaces for those that need them.

There are also a number of car parks near the entrance for the use of day visitors and delegates staying off-site.

Can I buy food on site?

We are making arrangements for a number of food trucks to be on site. There are also a number of supermarkets within a 10 minute drive of the showground.

Is the site secure?

Yes, Trinity Park is a secure site and we will have our gate team on in the day and then paid for security on site in the evening.

Camping Questions

Do I have to camp?

Not at all! We know camping is not for everyone and there are plenty of hotels and Air BnBs within easy distance of the showground. Why not group together with some others from your church and share the cost of an Air BnB together?

Can I bring a caravan?

Yes, caravans are welcome on site.

Can we cook on an open fire?

Yes, as long as the fire is raised off the ground (i.e. in a fire pit/barbecue, NOT bonfire style or using disposable BBQs placed directly on the ground).

How do I get access to an electric hook-up?

We want to make electric hook-up points available to those who need it.

They should be arranged through the Group Coordinator (GC) of each church’s site. In due time, expect your GC to get in touch to find out who requires a hook-up point. They will pass that information to us.

Please don't email us directly - you need to make your GC aware of your needs. If you're not sure who your GC is, please contact your church office to find out.
