Camping Tips

We've gathered top tips from seasoned campers to help make your experience can be as smooth as possible
Nights can get cold! Consider bringing extra layers to stay warm (e.g fleeces, 'oodies', woolly socks)
Also - nothing beats a real pillow
It also gets dark! Battery-powered lights (e.g. a torch) are vital after sundown - and don't rely on your phone torch
The ground is cold; use an inflatable mattress or sleeping mat to be comfortable
Crocs/sliders/flip flops are useful for showers and night-time visits to the loos
A spare bag is useful to carry toiletries to/from the toilet blocks
Ear plugs and eye masks can help block out campsite noise and morning light
Bring battery packs and use your phone sparingly to keep it powered up all festival long
Check your tent before you go - check for missing/broken parts
Pack more socks and pants then you think you need…!
Optional extras: wet wipes, tissues and hand sanitiser can come in useful
