Traveling to the festival

Arriving by train

The festival venue is a 15 minute drive from Ipswich Station, or an hour's journey using local public transport. It may be worth considering using local taxis for transfer to the venue.

Arriving by car

There is a large car park on site for all festival-goers to use a short walk away from the Big Top. Campers are permitted to take their car on site during set-up, however all cars need to be moved to the car park by the end of Thursday evening.

Accessible parking

There are limited spaces for parking next to the Big Top for the sole use of those with mobility issues. If you require accessible parking, let the gate team know on arrival. They will give you a pass permitting you to park in this car park.

Arrival Time

Campers: The camping zones will be open from 12:00 midday on Thursday for those setting up tents. The rest of the site will be off-limits until 17:00.

Day ticket holders and non-campers: Check-in at the Info Point will be open from 17:00 on Thursday.

Unless you are on a serving team, please do not arrive before 12:00 midday on Thursday.

Have your tickets ready!

ALL festival-goers must have their tickets ready to show on arrival. They are accessible via your Solidrock account.

Check-in & Wristbands

All festival-goers (0-99+) must wear their Festival wristband at all times to access the main meetings and Under-18s programmes.

Thursday arrivals: please check in with your group coordinator on arrival to collect your wristband.

If you are part of a smaller group without a coordinator or a Day Delegate, please go to the Info Point to collect your wristband (open from 17:00 on Thursday, and from 7:00 until 22:00 Friday to Sunday).

Friday to Monday arrivals: Check in and collect your wristband from the Info Point, open 7:00 - 22:00 daily.
